I design the human conditions that shape how we think, feel, and become in an accelerated world.

FOUNDER
I design the conditions that shape how people live inside work, places, and systems.
Trained in architecture, I work at the intersection of strategy, environment, and human experience—designing the invisible architecture that determines how clearly people think, how steadily they lead, and how sustainably they perform.
I teach human-centered design at Worcester Polytechnic Institute and serve on the board of AIA Central Massachusetts and AIA Massachusetts. My work spans leadership, innovation, environments, and experience-led brands.
Why This Work Exists
People are rarely failing because of who they are.
They struggle because of the conditions they live inside. When environments overstimulate, cultures reward exhaustion, and time is compressed, clarity fades.
When meaning, rhythm, and sensory signals align, people become more present and more capable.Design Veritas exists to design that layer—the human layer behind performance and becoming.
How I Think
I see organizations, places, and brands as lived systems.
What matters is not only what they intend, but how they are experienced. In an age of acceleration and AI:
Protect the human.
Design the system. So clarity and presence can hold.
The Architecture Behind the Work
This perspective lives through a small set of design systems:
Human Layer™ — how people experience leadership, space, rhythm
Alignment Blueprint™ — revealing where coherence breaks
ExOS™ — coherence in daily operation
Inner Architecture™ — leadership presence and rhythm
Art · Nature · Beauty — instruments of state, not decorationThey are tools for making clarity last.
How I Work
Most firms design space, brand, or strategy.
I design the human conditions behind all three.Where wellbeing becomes operating logic.
Where beauty becomes a performance instrument.
Where flourishing and business results are designed together.Presence is the state.
Flourishing is the outcome.Who I Work With
I work with leaders who care about both performance and experience—
in technology, innovation, enterprise, wellness, culture, and place. If how things feel matters as much as how they perform, we are likely aligned.
Where to Begin
Most partners begin with the Alignment Blueprint™—
to see clearly what their system is asking of people.Begin with the Alignment Blueprint™
Speaking & Dialogue
I speak on how humans think, decide, and remain coherent as systems accelerate.
Topics include:
– leadership in the age of AI
– experience as strategy
– coherence under complexity
– the architecture of flourishing
Navneet Magon Anand is a Design Philosopher, Researcher, Human-Centered Design Strategist, artist, author, and educator known for pioneering Quantum Design™—a multidisciplinary approach that integrates architecture, neuroscience, quantum theory, and aesthetics to elevate human potential and design for human flourishing in a complex world.
As the founder of Design Veritas, Navneet collaborates with visionary leaders, organizations, and institutions to create environments, systems, and experiences that foster wellbeing, creativity, innovation, and conscious transformation. Her work bridges neuroaesthetics, spatial intelligence, systems thinking, and sustainability to help people and organizations thrive—within and beyond the built environment.
She is the first to operationalize Art · Nature · Beauty (ANB) as a strategic, measurable lever inside organizations — not aesthetics, not decor, but a neurological driver of clarity, creativity, and human flourishing.
“Beauty isn’t a luxury. It’s a technology for human flourishing.”
Navneet holds a degree from McGill University’s School of Architecture and an MBA in Green Building and Sustainability. Her research explores the intersection of intentional culture design, regenerative systems, and the conditions required for purposeful innovation and wellbeing in today’s AI-driven world.
She is a TEDx speaker, published author, practicing artist, and serves on the board of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) Central Massachusetts Chapter. She also teaches as an adjunct faculty member at Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI) in both the Architectural Engineering Program and the Social Science & Policy Studies Department, where she brings a deeply human, interdisciplinary perspective to future-facing design
