Navneet Magon Anand is the architect of the Human Layer™.

With a background rooted in architectural design and sustainability, Navneet has spent her career defining the intersection of purpose and performance. She is the creator of Human OS™, a proprietary governing architecture designed to close the Fragility Gap™—the point where systemic complexity outpaces human biological capacity.

As a researcher, author, and strategist, she works with founders, institutional boards, and high-stakes leaders to install the Infrastructure of Coherence. Her work moves beyond traditional consulting, utilizing her ANB™ (Art · Nature · Beauty) framework to regulate the human nervous system as a strategic asset.

Navneet serves as Adjunct Faculty at Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI) and sits on the boards of AIA Massachusetts and AIA Central MA.
